How the score works
Reliability score weights what actually costs drivers: broken chargers + long waits count double against worked chargers.
score = worked / max(1, worked + 2 × (broken + long_wait)) score × 100, rounded
Accessibility, lighting, family-, and pet-friendly reports are informational — they show up in the signal mix but don't move the score. Reports older than 30 days still count in the total but drop out of the recent signal counts.
Reliability ≠ live availability.
This is a public, aggregated view of what drivers reported over the last 30 days. It is not real-time stall availability. Charger status can change between reports and your arrival. Verify any critical stop in your vehicle's navigation app or the charging network's own app.
